Targeted remediation for repeat phishing risk
You already know who they are. This targeted and interactive session breaks the repeat click cycle and measurably lowers the risk they represent.
This course is designed for employees who repeatedly failed phishing simulations, been involved in a security incident or near-miss, or been flagged as high-risk by your SOC, security awareness or UEBA platform. If your data is pointing at someone, this is where they should be.
A focused, instructor-led intervention for your highest-risk users. We diagnose why each individual is failing, deliver a personalised session that rewires the decision they make before they click, and give you a documented risk reduction record at the end of it.
Measurably fewer repeat phishing failures
Organisations that address repeat clickers directly see measurable reductions in simulation failure rates within 90 days. Fewer repeat failures means fewer real incidents, lower incident response costs, and a shrinking population of users who represent disproportionate risk to the organisation.
A defensible record from day one
Every session generates a documented remediation record. This provides you with a clear audit trail showing that you identified a risk, acted on it, and measured the outcome. For HR, that means a defensible process before any disciplinary action. For compliance, it means evidence of due diligence that stands up to scrutiny.
Turn a known cyber risk into a managed one
Repeat clickers represent a concentrated, identifiable, and addressable risk. This course converts that risk from a known liability into a managed and documented programme — one that demonstrably reduces your organisation's exposure and gives leadership, investors and auditors confidence that the human risk layer is being actively controlled.
Success is measured against the behaviour that triggered the referral in the first place. We track each participant's phishing simulation click rates before the intervention, immediately after, and at 90 days giving you a clear, timestamped evidence trail of behaviour change tied directly to your existing simulation data.
At the end of the intervention, you will know whether each individual's risk profile has improved, held steady, or requires further intervention. And you will have the documentation to act on any of those outcomes whether that's closing the case, escalating to HR, or extending the programme to a wider cohort.
We don't measure whether someone sat through a course. Working directly with your IT team (if necessary), we measure what changes. This includes phishing click rates, incident reporting, and how people behave when it counts.

When an employee clicks a phishing link once, it is a training issue. When they click repeatedly after the training, it is something else entirely. Repeat clicking is not always a knowledge problem. More videos will not fix it, and another click-through module will not fix it either. Repeat clicking is often a behaviour problem, and behaviour has a root cause. It may be pressure, habit, or a culture where speed is rewarded over caution. It may be a fear of appearing unhelpful by questioning a senior colleague's request. It may also reflect neurodiversity. Certain individuals process information, assess risk, or respond to urgency in genuinely different ways, and standard training was never designed with that in mind. Until you understand why that individual keeps clicking, you are treating the symptom. SecureClick identify the underlying behavioural drivers of risk and address them, turning repeat clickers into confident and consistent defenders against phishing and social engineering attacks.
